    Innovation: Polyintegrated Aerobic Wet Composting Digesters Scientific Principals

  • Based on the natural life cycle of the human and animal foods, Polytech has developed a process, integrating the solid and liquid wastes in Bioreactors to ferment and digest the organic wastes by inhibiting the Anaerobic Bacteria , stop gas formation and malodor, in a short period, increase the Aerobic Bacteria by enriching the organic solid and liquid wastes with specific selected Polyenzymes and organic chelating agent to chelate some minerals to activate the microorganisms for Hummification, Mineralization, biodegradation and digestion the organic substance to form HUMUS, basic element for soil amendment and fertilization as illustrated in the below Biochemistry reaction An organic waste derived from man, plants and manure are easy to be fermented and Attacked by microorganisms. During the fermentation and humus formation, a 25% of the organic matter is lost in form of (CO2) carbon dioxide, versus gain of organic substance (humus).

    Reactivate the organic solid with BIOMIX + water enriched with Amino Acids, minerals Bioagri products to produce humus for soil amendment and plant nutrients.

  • Sorting, Biological Treatment, Organic Waste Conveyed To Polydigesters for Fermentation, Separation Solid fertilizers /Liquid fertilizers

    Mixing, fermentation , enriching the organic waste with Microorganisms, polyenzymes, Ecozyme,(aminoacid), humic and fulvic acid.

    Adding BIOSAN to inhibit anaerobic bacteria and fecal coliforms, adding Oxibacteria to increase Dissolved Oxygen to regenerate the Aerobic Bacteria.
